Instructions to Delete User Data
A transparent process to delete your account, operational data and unlink social login (Meta / Google).
In accordance with the LGPD (Art. 18, VI) and the developer policies of Facebook/Meta Platform and Google Cloud, Cérebro offers every user the ability to request full and permanent deletion of all account data, tasks, projects and AI history.
1How to request data deletion
Deletion is carried out by our team from an e-mail request. You can send the request from the app or straight from your e-mail:

- Go to app.useocerebro.com and sign in;
- Open your Profile and go to the Data tab;
- In the Danger Zone, click the button to request deletion by e-mail;
- Send the pre-filled e-mail that opens.

2Unlinking Facebook / Meta Login
If you used Facebook Login to create your Cérebro account, you can remove the app permission directly on Facebook:
- Open Settings and Privacy on your Facebook account;
- Click Settings and then Apps and websites;
- Look for Cérebro (or Technify) in the list;
- Click Remove to revoke access and request deletion of linked data.
3What data is permanently deleted?
Personal data & profile
Name, e-mail, profile photo, OAuth login identifiers and authentication tokens are fully destroyed.
Workspace & operations
Tasks, boards, projects, focus history, timeboxing sessions and configured workflows are permanently erased.
AI agent memory (Bob)
All contexts, prompts, conversation histories and plans structured by Bob are removed from the servers.
AI assistant connections (MCP)
Access tokens and keys for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients are erased, and those assistants lose access to Cérebro.
Backups and storage
Removal from redundant security backups completes within the standard expiration cycle (maximum 30 days).
4Data retained by legal obligation
If you made payments for paid subscriptions, accounting records and issued invoices may be kept for the period strictly required by Brazilian tax law (Art. 16 of the LGPD).
