Terms of Service

01. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Cérebro (useocerebro.com and app.useocerebro.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Cérebro is operated by Technify Tecnologia LTDA (CNPJ 35.478.295/0001-90), based in Curitiba/PR, Brazil, with an office in Miami/FL, USA.

02. What Cérebro provides

Cérebro is an execution platform: tasks, projects, briefing, docs, access, views, focus sessions and automations. Bob is the AI copilot in the app, the widget and WhatsApp. Specialized agents execute specific kinds of work with the project context.

The free plan organizes the work, with a project limit and no AI. Paid plans turn on Bob, more projects and more tokens. Prices in Brazilian reais apply in Brazil; dollar prices apply to the English and Spanish versions.

03. Account and responsibility

You need a valid e-mail and, if you sign in with Google or Meta, you must authorize that login. The account is yours or belongs to the organization you represent. You are responsible for actions taken in it, including commands sent to Bob and to the agents.

Keep access secure. Write to math@technify.cloud if you suspect misuse.

04. Plans, payment and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation stops renewal; paid access continues until the end of the cycle already paid. Prices, currency and benefits may change with prior notice in the product.

Taxes, invoices and accounting records follow applicable Brazilian law. Refunds, when due, are reviewed case by case by support.

05. Acceptable use

Use Cérebro to organize and execute your team’s work. You may not:

• Violate the law, third-party rights or these Terms;
• Try to access accounts, data or systems without authorization;
• Use Bob, the agents or automations for spam, fraud, malware or illegal content;
• Scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the platform in an abusive way;
• Resell the service without a written agreement with Technify.

06. Content and ownership

What you create in the workspace — tasks, briefs, docs, copies, access and conversations with Bob — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content only to provide the service.

Cérebro, Bob, the brand, the code and the design belong to Technify. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property.

07. Artificial intelligence

Bob and the agents suggest, structure and execute with the project context. AI output can be wrong. You review and decide what lands in the workspace.

08. WhatsApp, widget and screen

On WhatsApp, Bob sends the daily note, due dates and reminders; what you reply may become a task, a due date or a plan change. In the widget, a screen capture only happens with your click, is not saved and is not a continuous stream.

Use of these channels depends on WhatsApp/Meta policies and your device. You are responsible for what you send through them.

09. Availability and limitation of liability

Cérebro is provided “as is”. We may interrupt, fix or change features for maintenance, security or product evolution. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific business result.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Technify is not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages. Total liability, when it exists, is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

10. Termination

You may close the account at any time in the app settings or by requesting data deletion. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms, a security risk or a legal obligation.

After termination, operational content is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The date at the top changes and, when the change is material, we notify you in the app or by e-mail. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version.

Brazilian law applies. The courts of Curitiba/PR have jurisdiction, except for consumer forum rights when they apply.
